• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payment may incur additional charges
• Disputed amounts must be raised within 10 days

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, templates, and work products remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
